STRAC catalyst assistant is a high-efficiency solid auxiliary that can significantly reduce sulfur oxides in flue gas in refinery catalytic cracking unit.
STRAC catalyst assistant is based on magnesium source and aluminum source, introducing elements that promote the absorption and conversion of sulfur oxides, made with a unique preparation process.
STRAC catalyst assistant can effectively have a series of specific reactions with the sulfur in the flue gas, diverting it and turn it into H2S to reduce the sulfur content in the flue gas.
When the addition amount reaches 5%, the sulfur oxides in the flue gas are reduced by 80%, and the product distribution of the catalytic cracking unit is not affected.
Characteristics as follows,
1. Adding sulfur transfer agent to the catalytic cracking catalyst, the SOx removal rate is more than 60%.
2. The addition of sulfur transfer aid will not affect the liquid yield of the device.
3. Excellent wear resistance, will not have adverse effects on the fluidization and operation of the device.
