Hydrogenation catalyst carrier is mainly used for the hydrogenation of organic sulfur in coke oven gas, at the same time, the olefins contained in the gas are hydrogenated to saturation, in order to protect the normal use of subsequent catalysts. This catalyst carrier can improve the hydrogenation conversion rate of mercaptan, thiophene, COS, CS2.
Sulfur hydrogenation refers to the reaction in which organic sulfur compounds are converted into hydrogen sulfide and hydrocarbons
by reacting with hydrogen under the action of a (sulfur) hydrogenation catalyst.
Application:
1.Carrying various active metal components such as cobalt and molybdenum.
2.Mainly used for the hydrogenation conversion of impurities such as organic sulfur in natural gas, oilfield gas, refinery gas and light oil.
3.Widely used in automobile exhaust, hydrogenation and desulfurization, petroleum refining, etc.
The organic sulfur after conversion is less than 0.05ppm. The catalyst has a lifespan of more than 10 years and can be regenerated.
