1)Used in Claus reaction sulfur recovery unit petroleum refining, petrochemical and coal chemical industry.
2)Suitable for various concentrations of hydrogen sulfide and process conditions, can be whole bed loaded in any stage of Claus reactor or be used in combination with other type and function of catalysts by grading load.
3)When used in grading load, the O2 scavenging protectant catalyst, AMC-LS-971, is loaded in the upper part of convertor, while alumina-based catalyst AMC-LS-02 or AMC-LS-300 is loaded in the bottom of convertor.
4)Suitable for CBA sulfur recovery process either.
1) AMC-LS-02 and AMC-LS-300 are Al2O3 sulfur recovery catalysts with large specific surface area and high Claus activity; their bimodal distribution in pore structure is favorable to the diffusion of process gas and the Cluas reaction; both have uniform particle size, high strength, stable structure, good stability in activity and long service life.
2) AMC-LS-971 is sulfur recovery catalyst with dual functions of high Claus activity and O2 scavenging, loaded in the upper part of reactor when used with Al2O3-based catalyst, effectively protecting the lower part of Al2O3 catalyst, avoiding the sulfation of Al2O3 based catalyst caused by“leaked O2” in process gas and ensuring long service life of the sulfur recovery catalysts.
