Activated alumina spheres and molecular sieves can remove residual chlorine in water, but the reaction of molecular sieves and chlorine to generate calcium ions (Gn2 +) may cause calcium in water to exceed the standard. It is not necessary to worry about such reactions by removing residual chlorine with activated alumina spheres.

Activated alumina spheres form a large number of fine pores of various shapes during the activation process, forming a huge surface area with adsorption. Its specific surface area is 200 ~ 400m2 / g. The larger the specific surface area, the better the adsorption effect.
