In 1st Dec,2022, Harbin Petrochemical Company's key environmental protection construction project in 2022, the 4000t/a sulfur recovery device compliance treatment project was successfully started at the first time, and successfully produced qualified liquid sulfur products.

The 4,000-ton/year sulfur plant standard treatment project is a key project for the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" period to meet environmental protection hazards and a basic project to comprehensively promote the construction of green enterprises and achieve essential environmental protection goals.The project started in 13thJuly ,2022. During the construction period, it experienced severe challenges such as frequent outbreaks of new coronary pneumonia, extreme weather with thunderstorms and strong winds,  the upgrading of safety and environmental protection management and control.Party A and Party B have always insisted on active involvement of project management in the design, early intervention in the demolition of the construction site, and full involvement in the project construction.Deeply intervene in the whole process of the project according to the "four intervention" principles,they take into account the overall situation, unite and cooperate, and go all out to control project safety, quality, cost, progress and compliance.

At 9:07 in 1st Dec,2022, Ren Lidong, a technician with rich experience in the operation and start-up of sulfur plants, carefully checked the key operating parameters again.Operator Li Xuelei and technician Li Peng, who participated in the whole process of project construction, connected the ratio of acid gas volume and air distribution of sulfur furnace;At the installation site, special personnel are responsible for the on-site adjustment of 8 key adjustment points such as the tail gas liquid separation tank and the fan of the sulfur making furnace;At 9:15, with the command of the workshop start-up commander to issue materials, the site was immediately operated.After each step of operation is executed, feedback is given through the walkie-talkie, and internal and external operators strictly implement the step-by-step confirmation requirements of the operation card.At 9:17, the clean acid gas enters the sulfur furnace and adjusts the operation.At 10:27, acidic gas also entered the sulfur furnace, which was stable and controlled.
