1.Recovery and purification of H2

Normally, this technology should be applied during the pressure control range 0.8 to 2.5 MPa for adsorption of gases in the product. Currently, this method is applied to solve the problem of multi-bed variable pressure adsorption (VPS), from which the product energy and components are obtained after pressure release and pressure equalization processes.

2. Recovery and production of CO2

The emergence of pressure adsorption technology has opened up a new path for CO2 extraction research to extract CO2 from synthesis gas. generally, the gas is extracted by dry detachment method and wet detachment method, the former has lower energy consumption and development time period, the latter has a longer development time and the technology has matured.

3. Recovery and purification of CO

At present, the most applied gas extraction technology is the variable pressure adsorption (VPS) technology, which is divided into two-stage method and one-stage method. Among them, the one-stage method has a high purity and low energy consumption, which has become one of the main treatment processes for CO purification.

4. Recovery of vinyl chloride

Recovery of distillation tail gas This gas is recovered by controlling the pressure level to extract vinyl chloride distillation tail gas from it, and as the pressure increases, the recovery rate of the tail gas increases.
