Hydrogen mixed with pressure boosted feedstock and starts isodewaxing reaction in the reactor after heat exchange and heating process, outlet of reaction through heat exchange process and starts hydrorefining in the reactor for deep aromatics saturation reaction to improve the color and stability of products.
Gas-liquid separation of outlet after heat exchange and cooling is processed in the high pressure separator, separated hydrogen-rich gas is cycling used in the compressor and fresh hydrogen added to maintain the operation. Oil phase separated by high pressure separator is filled into low pressure separator for further gas-liquid separation.
Oil generated by separation section through heat exchange and heating process is filled into fractionation section and produced lube base oil products by different viscosity grades.
