The continuous reforming unit adopts a new generation of ultra-low pressure domestic complete set of continuous reforming technology, the components in the burn area of the continuous reforming regenerator adopt a new structure, which can ensure the long cycle safe operation of the internal network of the regenerator under the harsh operating environment of the regenerator. Regenerated flue gas dechlorination technology is adopted in continuous reforming unit developed by petrochemical Research Institute to avoid chlorine corrosion in regenerated system. The mass concentration of hydrogen chloride in the discharged gas is less than 0.5gμ/L, there is no problem of waste lye discharge, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
The reforming catalyst is PS-Ⅵ continuous reforming catalyst developed by Petrochemical Research Institute. Naphtha after hydrorefining is used as feedstock, the by-product hydrogen is incorporated into the hydrogen pipeline network of the whole plant.
After the separation of the prefractionating column with 70 plates, the mass fraction of n-alkanes, iso-alkanes, olefin, cycloalkanes and aromatics in the raw oil of the reforming unit is 29.28%, 37.86%, 0.24%, 20.55% and 12.07%, respectively. The content of benzene forebody can reach a relatively low level. In actual operation, it can ensure that the mass fraction of chlorine and sulfur in reforming raw oil is less than 0.5g μg /g, the mass fraction of nitrogen is less than 0.3g μg /g, which provides a guarantee for the long-term smooth operation of the device.
