Although the domestic hydrogen peroxide industry has been developing rapidly in recent years and the production technology level has been improving, most of them are using fixed bed hydrogenation process. When the device is large, fluidized bed hydrogen peroxide technology has obvious features and advantages.
Features and advantages of fluidized bed technology:
①The several companies with the largest foreign hydrogen peroxide production have formed their own unique production technology and have supporting production devices, basically they all use fluidized bed hydrogenation process, and the scale of single set of devices is large, and fluidized bed hydrogenation process is the direction of Chinas future hydrogen peroxide development.
②High production efficiency.
③Simpler process, safer production and higher quality products. The process of foreign hydrogen peroxide is greatly simplified, and the product does not contain inorganic salts neutralized by acid and alkali, so it is more widely used, and it is favorable to further produce high-purity hydrogen peroxide, such as food-grade and electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide, etc.
④Energy saving and consumption reduction are obvious, and the production cost is effectively reduced.
⑤Low investment. Both the investment in equipment and the working solution and palladium catalyst required for the first start-up are reduced.
The working principle of fluidized bed is to stack solid particles evenly in a container with an open bottom, forming a bed, if the fluid passes from top to bottom, the particles do not move, this is a fixed bed stage. If the fluid from top to bottom through the bed, low flow rate, the situation is no different from the solid bed, the flow rate increases, the particles will be active to make the bed swell, the flow rate further increases, the particles will leave each other and in the fluid activity, the greater the flow rate, the more intense the activity, and in the bed everywhere in all directions of movement. The last case is called the solid fluidised state, after the fluidised state the particle bed is called a fluidized bed.
