The main task of the ammonia synthesis section is to synthesize qualified N2, H2, and mixture gas obtained from copper washing into ammonia in the presence of synthesis ammonia catalyst. The fresh make-up gas with a pressure of 27MPa from the sixth section of the compressor is mixed with the circulating gas and enters the ammonia cooler, ammonia separator, and cold exchanger. After being pressurized by the circulating machine and degreased by the oil separator, it enters the annular gap between the inner and outer cylinders of the ammonia synthesis tower, cools the tower wall, and then enters the inner parts of the ammonia synthesis tower after being heated by the preheater. After completing the reaction, it leaves the reactor and enters the waste heat boiler, preheater, and soft water heater to recover heat, Finally, the synthesized ammonia is liquefied and separated from the system through cooling by a water cooler, a cold exchanger, and an ammonia cooler, and the unreacted nitrogen and hydrogen are recycled for use.
