The post-alcohol process gas also contains small amounts of CO and CO2, but even trace amounts of CO and CO2 can poison the ammonia catalyst, so CO and CO2 must be further removed before going to the ammonia synthesis process. Our company is using copper acetate ammonia liquid scrubbing method, and the content in the process gas after copper scrubbing will be to less than 25ppm. The post-alcohol gas enters from the bottom of the copper washing tower and comes into counter-current contact with the copper-ammonia-acetate liquid sprayed at the top of the tower to remove CO and CO2 in the process gas to less than 25 ppm, and then sends to the compressor's six-section inlet after the absorbing liquid is separated by the separator. Copper-ammonia liquid from the copper washing tower through decompression reduction, heating, regeneration, replenishment of total copper, water cooling, filtration, ammonia cooling and then pressurized by the copper-ammonia liquid circulation pump for recycling.
