Catalyst and process for prehydrogenation of reforming feedstock
The catalysts developed by FRIPP for pre-hydrogenation of reforming feedstock mainly include 481-3 catalyst and FDS-4A catalyst.The activity of 481-3 catalyst has reached the level of S-12 and HR-306 of similar foreign catalysts, and has been applied in 30 sets of industrial equipment of 25 domestic manufacturers. FDS-4A catalyst is a new generation of hydrofining catalyst developed recently, whose activity is significantly higher than that of similar mainstream catalysts in the international market, and it is the replacement product of 481-3 catalyst.At present, eight industrial units are in use.
When the 481-3 catalyst is used for prehydrogenation of domestic reforming raw materials, it can be carried out under the process conditions of hydrogen pressure of 1.0~2.0MPa, reaction temperature of 270~320℃, volume space velocity of 2.0~12.0h-1.It can be carried out under the conditions of hydrogen pressure of 1.0~2.0MPa, reaction temperature of 270~320℃ and volume space velocity of 2.0~5.0h-1.
FDS-4A catalyst has higher activity, and can be used for prehydrogenation of imported high sulfur reforming raw materials under the conditions of hydrogen pressure of 1.0~2.0MPa, reaction temperature of 270~320℃ and volume space velocity of 6.0~10.0h-1.
2. Catalyst and process of secondary processing gasoline hydrorefining
With the rapid development of refining industry in China, the coking, catalytic and thermal cracking processing capacity has been increasing. In order to improve the quality of these secondary processing gasoline, FRIPP has developed special catalysts for the hydrorefining of this type of oil, including 481-3, FH-5 and FH-98.FH-98 catalyst is a new type of hydrogenation catalyst developed recently and has been used in many coking gasoline hydrogenation units.The process parameters can be adjusted according to the properties of raw oil and product requirements to achieve different hydrogenation depths.At present, there are 13 sets of industrial installations using FRIPP technology in China.
3. Catalyst and process of kerosene hydrorefining
Kerosene hydrorefining is divided into two kinds, one is kerosene deep hydrorefining, providing feedstock for alkyl benzene;The other is shallow hydrogenation of jet coal.The main catalysts developed by FRIPP for kerosene hydrorefining include 481-3 and FDS-4A catalysts.The process conditions for kerosene deep hydrorefining are as follows: hydrogen pressure 4.0~5.0MPa, reaction temperature 280~320℃, volume space velocity 1.0~2.0h. The process conditions for kerosene shallow hydrorefining are as follows: hydrogen pressure 0.5~1.6MPa, reaction temperature 190~290℃, volume space velocity 2.5~4.0h-1.Catalyst 481-3 has been used in kerosene deep hydrorefining unit, and FDS-4A catalyst has been used in kerosene shallow hydrorefining unit.
