1.Conditions to be met and matters to be confirmed before filling the catalyst
1)Confirm that the metal mesh of the outlet collector is intact.
2) The thermocouple protection tube is intact.
3) The blind flange of the catalyst discharge tube has been reset.
4) The furnace is cleaned and the pre-changing system is thoroughly purged.
5) The temporary shed for the catalyst filling is in place,
6) Check the number, specification and type of porcelain balls, catalysts and Lacy rings used in advance, check the specifications and quantity of material of the furnace grille, wire mesh and debris collector to ensure that they are correct.
7) Large transfer bucket, crane to the site and forklift.
2. Filling precautions
1) Pre-confirm the filling height before the filling starts and make _ on the mark in the furnace.
2) Never make the catalyst or porcelain ball fall down from a height of more than 0.6m.
3) Before working inside the equipment, a gas analysis must be carried out to confirm that it is safe to wear the above sheet for work.
4) When working in the furnace, the operator must not step directly on the catalyst. Put a wooden board on it to To prevent breakage, the used planks must be taken out of the furnace after the work is completed.
5) If it rains or snows during the filling operation, stop work immediately to protect the catalyst from getting wet.
6) When filling around the thermowell, take care not to create an overhead.
7) Do not bring foreign objects into the furnace (iron pins, paper, cigarette butts, mud, etc.) during operation.
8) The filling record should be made, including the specification, type and material of the material, the quantity filled, the height, the filling the time of filling, etc.
9) It is not usually necessary to sift the catalyst before filling, but during transport and handling it may be necessary to sift the catalyst due to incorrect handling. However, during transport and handling, the catalyst may be damaged by incorrect handling and should be sieved if it is found to be worn or broken.
