Taking advantage of the properties of catalytic cracked diesel (LCO) with high density and rich aromatic hydrocarbons, the process of producing high-density jet fuel from LCO was carried out.The results show that using LCO as raw material and using NiMoW/Al2O3 hydrorefining catalyst with high aromatic saturation activity.
Ultra-deep hydrogenation and saturation under appropriate process conditions can reduce the mass fraction of aromatics in LCO to less than 5%.Further detailed hydrocarbon analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method. It can clarify the distribution law of each hydrocarbon and examine the fractions enriched with monocyclic, bicyclic and tricyclic cycloalkanes.Determination of the ideal final boiling point of 270-280 ℃ for the hydrogenation of full-cut LCO to produce high-density jet fuel.At this fractionation temperature, high-density jet fuel components with a freezing point below -47 °C and a density (20 °C) greater than 0.835 g/cm3 can be obtained.
