Most domestic diesel hydrogenation units use atmospheric and vacuum straight-run diesel to produce clean diesel through the process of hydrodesulfurization, nitrogen, oxygen and olefin saturation.That is only hydrorefining performed.With the stricter national environmental protection regulations and the deterioration of crude oil properties,in order to meet domestic oil quality upgrades, improve refinery efficiency, and provide downstream high-quality chemical raw materials,most of the new refinery units adopt the combined process of hydrorefining and hydrocracking.The new diesel hydrocracking unit of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. adopts the ISOCRACKING patented technology of CLG Company in the United States.Designed as a dual series reaction unit.1# and 2# diesel series hydrocracking capacity is 4.0, 3.5Mt/a respectively, sharing 1 set of naphtha separation and desulfurization system.Using atmospheric and vacuum straight-run diesel oil (hereinafter referred to as normal straight-run diesel oil) as raw material, the main product is heavy naphtha, which is used as the direct raw material of continuous reforming unit.In addition, it also produces by-products such as light naphtha, aviation kerosene, liquefied gas and diesel.The device was designed by PetroChina Huanqiu Engineering Co., Ltd. and constructed by Sinopec Nanjing Engineering Co., Ltd. It was put into production on November 27, 2019, and ran smoothly at full load.
