RAG series catalytic cracking catalyst mainly includes RAG-1, RAG-6, RAG-10, RAG-11 and other varities.
ARGG technology is developed by Petrochemical Research Institute, use atmospheric residuum as for max production of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) and high octane feedstock gasoline, particularly suitable for processing high slag content of feedstock
Their characteristics as below:
RAG-1 catalytic cracking catalyst has stable structure and good pore distribution gradient, it can make large, medium and small kinds of molecular in heavy oil, especially large molecular can contact and react with active center selectively and fully, big holes can accommodate heavy metal accumulation also.
It is high activity and good selectivity. Also, it has strong ability of heavy oil conversion and resist the pollution of heavy metal.
RAG-6 catalytic cracking catalyst has larger pore volume, higher activity and better resistance to heavy metal pollution(Nickel) performance.
Besides the inherent characteristics of RAG series catalytic cracking catalyst, RAG-10 catalytic cracking catalyst has the performance of high pile ratio, high yield of LPG(especially propylene) and high octane gasoline.
RAG-11 catalytic cracking catalyst is developed based on the characteristics of local refinery processing fuel oil. It has high activity, good cracking ability of heavy oil, strong ability to resist pollution of heavy metals, high yield of liquefied petroleum gas and gasoline.
