HCRH Reactivated FCC Catalytic Cracking Catalyst is a product after strengthening the reactivation treatment on the basis of the HCRL reactivation catalyst. Compared with the spent catalyst before treatment, the activity can reach over 80%, the specific surface can reach over 200㎡/g, and the metal removal rate is ≥50%.
The use efficiency of the treated product reaches 80%-90% of the catalytic cracking catalyst (new agent). It can meet the requirements for the smooth operation of the catalytic cracking unit, when the amount used is lower than HCRL catalyst, replaying some or all of the catalytic cracking catalyst(new agent).
1. Catalysts can only accelerate reactions that can be carried out thermodynamically. When asked to develop a catalyst for a new chemical reaction, the first step is to perform a thermodynamic analysis of the reaction to see if it is a thermodynamically feasible reaction.
2. Catalysts can only accelerate the reaction to equilibrium and cannot change the equilibrium position (equilibrium constant) of the reaction.
3. The catalyst is selective to the reaction. When the reaction may have more than one different direction, the catalyst only accelerates one of them, and the reaction rate and selectivity are unified.
4. The catalyst is selective to the reaction. When the reaction may have more than one different direction, the catalyst only accelerates one of them, and the reaction rate and selectivity are unified.
5. According to the definition and characteristic analysis of catalysts, there are three important catalyst indicators: activity, selectivity, and stability.
