According to the technical documents that offered by end user, the technical solution and catalyst were recommended based on results of previous medium scale testing and successful industrial applications.
In the document, the unit has 2 blocks:
1) diesel fuel hydrotreatment unit takes place in a hydrogen environment(hydrodesulfurization, denitrogenation, hydrogenation of aromatic and unsaturated hydrocarbons).
2) dewaxing unit is designed to achieve the required cloud point and required density in the production of winter product diesel fuel.
The process flow of dewaxing block is bottom product of high-pressure stripper reduces the freezing point of diesel in the dewaxing block, after gas liquid separation and fractionation to get low freezing diesel and naphtha.
Production property
1) The working life of first cycle of AM-DHD-12 catalyst is not less than 3 years when the limiting filterability temperature(CFPP) of diesel is max minus 38℃.
2) The working life of first cycle of FIW-12 catalyst is not less than 2 years when the limiting filterability temperature(CFPP) of diesel is max minus 46℃.
