The PRT semi-regenerative reforming catalyst has excellent characteristics such as high carrier purity, suitable pore distribution, good strength and strong chlorine holding capacity
It further improves the selectivity of the catalyst, reduces the rate of carbon deposition, and improves the stability
The PRT semi-regenerative reforming catalyst is a Pt and Re bimetallic supported catalyst.
The PRT semi-regenerative reforming catalyst uses straight-run naphtha as the raw material. Using this catalyst, aromatic extracts or high-octane gasoline blending components can be produced.
The catalyst can also be used in combination with different types of semi-regenerative reforming catalysts, so as to achieve the purpose of producing aromatic hydrocarbon extraction materials and high-octane gasoline blending components.
Generally, a two-stage filling process is used in the industry. Compared with other catalysts, under the same reaction conditions, the aromatics conversion rate of PRT semi-regenerative reforming catalyst is increased by more than 5%, the liquid yield is increased by more than 1%, and the coke deposition is reduced by more than 18%. Reach or exceed the international advanced level of current similar products. The catalyst has good regeneration performance and raw material adaptability, and still has good processing performance for lean naphthenic straight-run oil and secondary processed oil.
Precautions for Catalyst Using:
(1) The catalyst filling should be carried out on sunny days to avoid the catalyst from adsorbing a large amount of water;
(2) The loading work should be tightly connected to avoid ineffective delay, and prevent the catalyst from being exposed to the humid air for too long and absorbing a lot of water;
(3) When filling the catalyst, do not pour the catalyst directly from the top of the reactor to cause pulverization;
(4) The catalyst should be evenly spread in the reactor, and the material surface of the catalyst in the reactor should be raised evenly, so as to ensure the uniform filling density of the catalyst in each part of the bed.
